This award, named Zubizarreta Legacy in honour of Mr. Luis Pérez Zubizarreta, founder of IMCOINSA in 1985, recognizes organizations which stand out for developing their activity from a value perspective.
The award recognizes the work of those entities of the distribution sector with efficient management by the defence and promotion of business ethics, and the recognition of the values of effort and commitment.
Participation has been as successful as in previous editions, with this third edition featuring around thirty initiatives, very varied in their orientation (people management, sports, cultural, environmental, and so on.), in different organizations (pymes, national and international companies) and different stages in terms of project development.
Among these initiatives, the projects presented by Ehlis S.A., Comercial Ulsa, and Recodul-Pérez Lázaro were finalists.
Finally, the social responsibility actions undertaken by Recodul - Pérez Lázaro have been the best valued by the jury, formed by a committee made up of a representative of IMCOINSA, specialized media of the sector and the organization awarded in the previous edition (Loxam – Hune).
The Project presented by Recodul S.L. - Pérez Lázaro includes actions focused on areas as diverse as: inclusion and job training, rehabilitation and diffusion of culture and the historical-architectural heritage, sustainability and the environment, sport entities and associations, and support for social work causes and humanitarian in general.

As a result of this recognition, Pérez Lázaro will receive a financial award of 3,000€, which will be used to promote Social Responsibility initiatives that we hope to announce shortly. |
